1:1 Health Assessments - Management referral
Our clinics provide employees access to a health assessment undertaken by an Occupational Health Practitioner. Your employee may require support to undertake their role following a new diagnosis, or they may be struggling with their attendance due to a specific health issue . We can create a individualised return to work plan and advise you regarding reasonable adjustments, to assist you in complying with the Disability considerations of the Equality Act 2010. These assessments can be undertaken via video call, or by telephone & at your request, face to face. A timely and evidence based report is issued to the referring manager.
1:1 Health Assessments: New Starter
We offer comprehensive 1:1 assessments for New Starters, with advice and information you can utilise to support them with managing a health issue or neurodiverse diagnosis in the workplace. We highlight the reasonable adjustments for your consideration and the relevance to the Disability considerations of the Equality Act 2010. These assessments can be undertaken via video call, telephone or at your request face-to-face. A timely and evidence based report is issued to the referring manager.
Workstation/Desk assessment
We can conduct a Display Screen risk assessment to identify risk factors that may cause musculoskeletal disorders, or which could be impacting on an underlying health issue, to help you comply with legal and Health & Safety directives. We provide advice to assist you in reducing risks with the aim of improving employee comfort and productivity. A timely and evidence based report is issued to the referring manager.
